Over the years, the USWNT has had some remarkable coaches who have helped lead them to their immense success. After the World Cup, we’ve seen a drastic change due to the resignation of head coach Andonovksi. Let’s look at the USWNT coaching staff, including the current coach, assistants, and goalkeeper coach.

Kilgore was an assistant coach who joined Andonovski’s staff but recently was asked to be the interim head coach after Andonovski’s resignation. As a previous coach for Houston Dash, Kilgore committed to the USWNT full-time in 2022. Before coaching professionally, she was a college coach at both UC Davis and Pepperdine. What sets her apart from the coaching staff is that she is one of four women to earn a U.S. Soccer’s Pro Coaching License. She joined just in time for the She Believes Cup and helped the team qualify for the World Cup and Olympics.
